Experience:
- As publications manager for the activist organization Circle
of Life, I was editorial and design chief for extensive web and print
media with national reach (2001-04). I managed writers, editors, designers
and programmers for various projects focusing on environmental and social
change.
- I have been chief editor and writer for two newsletters, one with a circulation
of 10,000. I do graphic design, desktop publishing, and editorial for a
variety of print and web media.
- In radio, I have been an independent producer (writer, interviewer, researcher,
and narrator) for shows aired on over 160 stations (on the program Making
Contact), and a newswriter/interviewer for a major NPR news station
(WBUR, Boston).
- Desktop publishing graphic design: QuarkXpress, Photoshop, Illustrator.
